NON-ADAPT POLICY

All of our progressive lenses come with a 45 day non-adapt guarantee.  If for any reason you are unable to adapt to your new progressive lens, we will remake them into single-vision, bifocal, or trifocal lenses at no additional cost.  Refunds for lesser priced products are not given.  Only one free non-adapt change is allowed per progressive pair.  Additional prescription changes beyond the one will be charged full retail price.

 

FRAME WARRANTY

Our frames are crafted using the finest materials found in the industry today.  These frames come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer's defects.  Frames replaced under warranty for manufacturer's defects will be subject to a $15 handling fee.  If the exact frame is no longer available from the manufacturer, we will allow you to change frames and replaced lenses at half off.  Discontinued, sale or closeout frames will be covered for sixty days from the date of sale.

 

A/R SCRATCH WARRANTY

Lenses made with the Crizal® or Hoya SuperHiVision® anti-reflective coatings come with a 1 year 2 time replacement warranty.  The first replacement will be at no charge the second replacement will be at 50% off.

 

TRIVEX® SCRATCH WARRANTY

Trivex® or Phoenix® brand lenses come with a 1 year 1 time scratch warranty.  

 

SUNWEAR WARRANTY

All plano sunwear sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted.  All sunwear come with a one year warranty against manufacture's defects only.  Lenses are not warrantied against scratches.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our office will accept returns on frame purchases only so long as it is within 2 weeks from the date of sale.  Item must be in new, unused and resalable condition.  A $15 restocking fee will be charged at that time.  Exchanges that require lens changes will be done at 50%.  Price differences resulting from frame changes for equal or lesser priced products are not refunded.  Price differences resulting from frame or lens upgrades are subject to additional fees. 

 

RX PRESCRIPTION GUARANTEE

If for any reason, upon receiving your glasses, you find that your vision is not up to your satisfaction, we may ask to have your prescription verified and/or rechecked by your outside doctor.  If a mistake is found on the part of the outside eye care professional and lenses need to be re-made, we will remake progressive lenses at no charge and single-vision at fifty-percent of the cost so long as it is within thirty days.  price  differences for change in style, type of lens, design or addition or removal of coatings may result in added cost.

 

INSURANCE

We do not participate directly with any vision insurance plans.  Many of the vision insurances do however allow you to shop out of network and submit an itemized receipt for reimbursement according to your benefit package. We always suggest checking with your insurance company before making any assumptions about reimbursement amounts.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept all forms of payment including, cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  To begin any prescription eyewear job we must have at least 50% of the total down.  The remainder will be due at time of pickup.
